Due to most items being customised there will be strictly no refunds or returns. All purchases are final.
I use permanent vinyl, if products are looked after correctly they should last a long time. I sell some items as oopsie ones which I am always honest and forward about because they are not perfect or up to my standard. There is strictly a no refund policy on these items as you were informed before purchasing
All Drinkware should be hand washed only and avoid the dishwasher . They have been tested multiple times and when looked after correctly they last a long time , therefore I can take no responsibility in them damaging. Occasionally travelling by air , cups can receive air bubbles , if you simply heat and press or use a pin they will release. Unfortunately this can't be avoided .
Regarding postage I wrap everything in bubble wrap and secure it as well as possible. Please reach out if an item arrives broken and we will see what can be done.
Regarding resale of my products.. this is strictly not allowed, on any circumstance unless you have my permission. I work hard to make my products and will not have someone else take the credit. If you are found to be doing this you will be cut off, and loose any outstanding orders.
Wholesale earring planars and wraps are a strictly no refund policy. I order these in custom for you and can take up to 4 weeks for them to be made.
